WARNING: On some Android 11 phones, when you open the game for the first time, it may ask you to select the folder directory, that is where your game’s team files are located, that is, the folder you selected is /Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023 Mobile\normal\games. Follow the “Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023 Mobile\games” folder path in the device main directory and add the fm_save1.fms file in the games folder, if you have played before, you can save it in fm_save1.fms (back it up if you do not want it to be lost). Download the file of the team you want from the top and extract it from the rar (it comes out of the rar) and copy the “fm_save1.fms” file. 
To be able to use the team save files with real names, create your own career, choose your team and log in to the game, then save and exit the career place in the 2nd place.
